Health & Fitness FAQ
What is the difference between BMR and TDEE?
BMR is the energy your body needs at total rest. TDEE adds your daily activity (exercise, walking, working) on top of your BMR to find your actual daily calorie burn.
Is BMI a good measure for bodybuilders?
No, BMI only accounts for height and weight. Since muscle density is higher than fat, elite athletes often have a "high" BMI despite very low body fat.
